Pros

Even though management often made questionable decisions, my teammates were the best part of the job.

Cons

Management couldn't have cared less about our clinical expertise. All they saw was dollar signs. We were expected to follow a script, not use our judgement. Forget about tailoring care to a specific patient's needs - that took time, and time was the enemy at TriageLogic.

Pros

I can't think of a reason why anyone should work at TriageLogic over other companies.

Cons

Working here is incredibly overwhelming because of the heavy workloads and tight deadlines. Management has ZERO trust in employees and constantly micromanages you, which makes it incredibly difficult to meet their already unreasonable demands. Unless you want to go insane, don't work here.

Pros

Great company to work for. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. The Executive team is fair and gives me helpful feedback. Overall, I feel that this is helping me grow as a professional and I enjoy the work I do. The work is a hybrid between remote and office. They also have great benefits and a generous retirement plan that you qualify for after two years of employment.

Cons

It is a healthcare entrepreneurial company. People have to be prepared to learn new solutions and to keep developing their skill sets. It is a Team work environment and everyone expects you to do your part. They also use tools to keep group projects coordinated and moving forward
