Pros

WFH Mon & Fri Free tea & coffee. Some staff are friendly and helpful.

Cons

Not sure how it claims to be the best top 100 place to work in the UK. As it's the worst company I've ever worked. It's difficult to really find any trust with this company. To begin with, I was missold the job at interview. The company seems to change the goal posts quite regularly and lie alot. I was told by colleagues this was a normal occurrence from the Directorship team. Expected to work long unpaid hours which seems to go unnoticed by management. The CSR role is quite stressful which explains the high turnover of staff. No one in the company seems happy to be there.

Pros

Flexible working Most staff are friendly

Cons

Too many managers Some managers aren’t qualified to be managers, just hinder people’s progress. Culture has changed for the worse, used to be a great fun place to work, now it’s empty and depressing People just moan about their jobs all day, like is anyone actually loving working there? Doesn’t seem so. Pay is rubbish and your good behaviour is rewarded with the odd bit of food! CSRs are overworked and not appreciated as much as other staff I don’t think
