Pros

The company has a great family atmosphere that makes it a joy to work. If you work hard, you ability to learn numerous areas and grow yourself professionally is there. Their culture is excellent.

Cons

Trident still has some of the original "good ole boys" that are the ones that actually run management decisions even if they are not what is best for the company. Pay, benefits and flexibility are subpar.

They work 6days and you can make some pocket change

Cons

Upper management are bullies disrespectful and unappreciative of honest good hard working people..No raises no bonuses only repetitive crap.

People (worker-bees), beauty of Alaska and flexibility.

Cons

Pay is horrible, management at the local level does not listen and Seattle Corporate offices are useless. You have a problem and they are easy to turn the cards on you and you can easily find yourself without a job.
