Most Co workers are great and will help you on the road. Nursing homes are good places to learn and people need help desperately.

Cons

reducing hours. Demand OT when it suits them but do not even give techs 40 hours we need. Closing areas and getting rid of techs. Don't care that they are leaving patients with no care

Coworkers were all equally disheartened....misery loves company—free parking —plenty of overtime because nobody wants to work there!

Cons

Poor management, inefficient processes, outdated technology, no accountability for poor work performance of coworkers, unethical tendencies in day-to-day responsibilities —worst employment experience of my entire career!
