They hire you for a certain time but expect you to stay 7 hours passed the time you are scheduled to be off to finish all of your buildings

Independence, fun service to sell.

Cons

Company cares more about money/profits than the people they employ. Lack of communication throughout organization/disorganization. Seen many poor decisions made by management. Always in a state of disarray. Has filed for bankruptcy a few times.

Pros

To my fellow techs- check out NOA Diagnostics, MXD, etc if you want to see how a company should operate and treat employees. Working at Trident however, will open your eyes to see that things can only go up once you leave

Cons

Unethically sound Nepotism at its best Overworked and underpaid field staff Old equipment means more repeats and more exposure to patients.
