I get to help take care of residents by keeping their rooms clean and tidy.

Cons

I have no complaints about my facility. I am glad to be working there , it is a great work environment.

What we do for teammates is not just words, but backed up by actions! So amazing to see lives changed by our programs such as quarterly wage increases, weekly pay, 401K and college assistance!

Cons

Nothing that I can think of, except you may just fall in love with the team, the residents and the company! Keep your heart open!

Amazing Place to Work in Healthcare

Pros

Servant Leadership is a standard and serving the customer is never higher in healthcare than at Trilogy. It is hard work caring for seniors, so, that is the same no matter where you go. But the difference at Trilogy is that they truly love their employees and show it through development and leadership. Great people, great culture, and great service!

Cons

It is difficult but rewarding work! If you don’t like service minded and servant led cultures…that would be a con.
