Women beware!

Pros

The benefits weren't so terrible.

Cons

Over the past few months, I've watched as so many female leaders in the organization were let go or encouraged to retire. A total of 16 women with titles of Director or higher. Every single new hire in those same levels has been a middle-aged white man. Don't believe the hype that Rob Painter is a Woman-friendly CEO. Trimble pays for all those accolades and nominates itself. Those awards are lies.

Pros

Most of the employees are great and really enjoy their jobs. CEO seems to have a good vision for the company. Discretionary PTO for higher level employees. bonus structure for mid/higher level employees

Cons

IT department has a lot of micromanagement and negativity. Still a lot of the good old boys club attitude. Lots of retaliation if your opinion is different than management. Very siloed divisions. Medical coverage with very high deductible. .
