Pros

I actually enjoyed my time here. My colleagues were, for the most part, were fantastic and I got to work on a number of exciting projects. I was happy with my pay and benefits. There were changes put into place due to the pandemic (temporary salary reduction, pause on promotions and raises, etc.), but this has been the case pretty much everywhere.

Cons

For all the talk about valuing employees, I just didn't see it. Several colleagues were basically forced to quit because the career opportunities they were promised never manifested. Now those people are busy being awesome at other companies. Their HR and senior management are slow to address very real issues, especially if the troublesome employee in question is a manager or above, and, despite the new DEI initiatives, microaggressions and sexism are still a very real things here.

Pros

Great Industry and Product Offerings

Cons

No collaboration, Brick walls & major silos within the teams that are suppose to integrate. Set you up to fail and management will pretend to care to your face.

Pros

Lots of pizza? There are some great team members who really collaborate well together

Cons

Lack of resources to do your job Middle managers are overwhelmed/insecure and don't know how to lead a team or stand up for their team. Behind the curve on bringing new technology to market Cliquey Meetings are managers talking at you telling you how things are great or glossing over issues that will be fixed.....someday..... Poor communication from middle managers overall, always in meetings, doors closed. Silos between departments. Unwillingness between departments to help each other. Lack of clear strategy from top down Slow to evolve, not listening to the market
