Not worth it. This company acquired our small company that I've been at for quite some time. Ever since that happened the leadership has ACTIVELY been pitting my team and I against eachother and rewarding toxic behavior. They are actively discriminatory and have triggered severe depression in me. Leaving was the best decision I ever made.

None really outside of compensation, which was also extremely low

Cons

I was treated terribly in this position for reasons I'm not sure of. I was fired randomly and denied unemployment. I have a degree and am well into my career. This company is incredibly judgmental and decides out of the blue when they want you out.

-Recent years’ woke culture acceleration has diluted the organization, many qualified and deserving managers have been replaced with unqualified people based on which gender checkbox they satisfy in the HR system. It’s resulted in a mass exodus of competent people, leaving behind those unqualified “leaders” who have cost the company a great deal of $ in lack of revenue generation, and have killed team morale and cohesion.
