Pros

Some interesting work, co-workers are good people.

Cons

Very bad management; negative career growth, even with extreme effort and results; this is more of a who you are friends with to get ahead type place rather than advancement and rewards via achievement and merit. This is just a God-awful place to blow out one's career to be honest. Those who can get out. People who are unqualified stay in positions they don't deserve.

Pros

You can involve yourself in many areas and activities if you so choose. Knowledgeable management and very smart people. Good customer base.

Cons

Not much talent development. If you make a significant contribution it will go unrecognized. Saved a large customer from going to competitor over the course of three months, didn't even get a 'thanks.'

Pros

Company continues to buy and integrate other small companies into the fold.

Cons

Lack in internal advancement opportunities, must leave company to get a raise. Continues to perpetuate the same bad management practices.
