Decent Company; Slow to Adopt New Tech

Pros

There are a lot of very smart people working at Trimble, and the various products and services offered are really cool. Some divisions will allow remote work as well.

Cons

Benefits are a bit lacking. In some divisions, there exists an "old-boys network" that values incompetency more than real value added to the company. The adoption of new technologies and processes is very slow, and when it does happen, a lot of times these are poorly implemented causing a lot of issues.

Pros

Good Work Life Balance- Lots of good people- beautiful office

Cons

Lots of people let go indiscriminately. Many high value workers let go while many low value high wage workers retained. Short sighted company that acquires profitable companies and devalues their products overnight. Forced PTO.

Cons

NO communication ..ZIlch ..Went through 6 interviews on a entry position..Not one person spoke to me and when they did conversation was minimal and expectation was of someone that wasn't an entry level.. No one at company seems to even know what this company does ..Good luck ..
