Pros

Awesome environment, very collaborative and friendly employees. Everyone values work/life balance, yet works hard to accomplish tasks

Cons

the structure is somewhat silo'ed, which has benefits, but also leads to overlap and poor communication sometimes.

Pros

As a re-hire, I can honestly say that Trimble has really out-done & improved itself over the years. Their benefits continue to be comparable to other good companies. They offer stock options, 401K, profit-sharing to name a few. The Executive team is very approachable & supportive. My direct manager encourages taking any course or seminar that might be helpful to my career. In addition, Trimble has kept up with the times and allows very flexible opportunities to work from home. As long as you get your work done efficiently & effectively, there is no issue. You build trust and respect & get it in return.

Cons

Honestly, I can't think of any.

Pros

Awesome place to work in terms of culture and benefits. Great people and perks. Very innovative company that does well for itself.

Cons

They are great at growing culture, NOT great at growing their people. I made several attempts to secure an internship to gain experience (which is hard when you're in a customer service / entry level role), and applied for other positions and was always shot down or glass ceiling'd in my current role. It never felt like I had a chance to prove myself and rise up in my career. Also - they either do NOT compensate internal moves, or it's a very low wage increase!
