Pros

Really innovative, cool company. Trimble is international, so there is a big focus on culture here. Cutting edge products.

Cons

The silos. Groups often act independently as opposed to the company endorsed "One Trimble" model. This makes it super difficult for new employees to navigate different business units. Some of the company offered perks (flex schedules, work from home) are not offered in specific groups. Upper management is not accessible to the frontline employees. There is way too much reliance on the middle managers, which cultivates an "untouchable" atmosphere with senior management. Most definitely not a great work environment.
