Pros
Exposure to large scale institutional lending in complex credits across a variety of platforms.
Cons
The work is mundane and unless you proactively teach yourself something there's very little to learn from performing your work. Toxic management has created a whirlwind of turnover and brain drain. There's no accountability for non-performance while those who take their jobs seriously are forced to pick up the slack and as a result the good leave and the useless remain indefinitely. Leaders are unbelievably dishonest telling the same tired manifest untruths about their demonstrably failed strategic initiatives quarter after quarter, year after year all while ignoring the issues that dominate employees day to day lives. The job doesn't have to be a grueling, inefficient, nightmare but it is, largely because the venture capital parasites that acquired the company made it that way on purpose.
