Pros
Trinidad Benham is 100% employee owned and the stock value has only risen in the last dozen years. The company is almost 100 years old and very stable. The culture is welcoming, friendly and team oriented. Compensation is fair and the benefits are comprehensive to include not only the ESOP but also a 401(k) with company match. Creativity is appreciated and work/life balance is excellent.
Cons
Historically, the interview process has been lengthy but great strides have been made to abbreviate it. The organization is flat which can been viewed as positive or negative. If you are a "corporate climber" and want to be the next VP in 3 to 5 years, then Trinidad is not the place for you. However, if you are looking for a stable environment where you can build upon your expertise then Trinidad is a great place to work.
