* Stable company in a stable business, but still interested in new technologies and growth * Company cares about it's employees, including having company events; doesn't feel like we're just cogs in an uncaring machine * IT department is concentrating on updating internal applications to modern technologies (converting old home-grown desktop applications to web-based)

Cons

As transition to web-based applications is brand new, there are still some growing pains regarding processes, procedures, and implementation of AGILE methodologies
