Pros

one of the flattest organizations I have ever worked for, none of the old school pyramid management style

cons? What many call cons I call opportunities. If you call lack of advancement because you're not willing to commit a con, i call that an entitlement mentality. if you put in effort, you are rewarded on many levels

Pros

Trinity acquired the company I worked for. Then didn't give us a raise because we were "too new" to the corporation, so my group didn't get a raise for over two years. Then I kept being promised a promotion that never occurred. When I finally got a job offer elsewhere, they scrounged a match, didn't even try to beat the job offer I'd gotten.
