Opportunity to learn and do technical work on variety of projects and establish relationships with clients. Generally flexible work/life when not dealing with deadlines.
Cons
Focus remains bill-ability and there is lack of opportunity for growth. Experience varies greatly depending on what region you are in and who you report too. Favoritism plays a huge role in the opportunities you get or don’t get. Leadership or coaching is mostly a lip service. They have become average consulting company with not so great pay.
