Pros

Good, nice, people to work with Highly respected in the air quality consulting world Good work environment High respect for office managers & management Good pay for management - if you stick around Very low turnover <2%

Cons

Performance is valued above everything They have many office across the U.S. so your experience is very dependent of the office you work at. Not much social interaction with coworkers - these are all top notch students who are used to working hard and getting things done.

Pros

Large company. Lots of career options and opportunities. Salary is above average for the industry. Health benefits are excellent.

Cons

Holiday and PTO are mediocre. Only get 8 paid holidays per year (New Year's day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving day and day after, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day). Previous firms that I worked for had 11 paid holidays (in addition to the 8 mentioned, we got New Year's Eve and 2 floating holidays to use anytime like Martin Luther King or Good Friday). PTO policy is the worst of any company I've worked for. PTO is for both vacation and sick days.

Pros

Excellent benefits, single people receive $50 allowance for health care benefits. The culture of the workplace is very close and family oriented. There were kids in the office sometimes and it was never frowned upon. Free food at luncheons with the management. Great training at the headquarters in Dallas, TX.

Cons

Very traditional, not much diversity in certain states. Budget cuts can happen.
