The best reason to work here is it's a job. Not a safe one at all but it's a job.

Cons

You get a radio and you're lucky if you get a flashlight to use. There were tasers but those are gone for at least a year or more. We can't wear vests because it was said that it makes us look hostile, so we have no defense with the exception of the courses we have taken. Our personal safety is of no concern, by the way we are treated and how very little we are paid. The raises we're given are an absolute JOKE and more of an INSULT than anything else.
