      Most disorganized company I have ever seen.

      Pros

      Most co-workers are friendly and helpful. Patients are wonderful and make coming to work everyday worthwhile. Not much else I can say positive.

      Cons

      Extremely disorganized. No one knows what they are doing from day to day. More work is given then can possibly be done in a day. Expectations change constantly and usually with very little warning. Policies/procedures change and only half of the staff are made aware.

      Pros

      Built great relationships with my peers while at MCW in Columbus, OH.

      Cons

      Management, HR, Ethics, Culture. All very poor at MCW. Management verbalized strong integrity, but behind the scenes did not live their values. I saw some very unethical things go down there, had to leave. I witnessed MCW leadership protect employees who practiced unsafely and unethically. Enough said.
