      Good work environment with positive future of the company. Flexible with single parents that helps with taking care of kids

      Cons

      Really difficult to sometimes fire people so you end up with a good deal of dead weight that really hinders the company's growth. You have people that don't do their job but you can't get rid of them so everyone else just has to make up for their shortcomings.
