Pros
Very nice and welcoming environment. Everyone is helpful. The work is not too demanding, and fairly simple to understand and carry out. Office environment is clean and professional. Management does a good job of communicating with employees what the expectations are, and helps out when needed.
Cons
Low wage, and not a lot of great exposure to actually to gain quality experience. The work can become redundant rather quickly.
