Business Outlook
Pros
The people are mostly nice and want to do whats right for the patients in the hospitals. There are a lot of opportunities to move around the company if you want. The environment is mostly low stress, but there is a lot of work to do. The benefits are really good and you start with a lot of vacation time as a first year employee.
Cons
As a not for profit the pay scales are a little lower than what the market offers. Some areas allow you to work remote and others dont, its hit or miss.
