      Job security, a lot of people there have been there for 20+ years

      At least in my department they took advantage of me being part time, giving me just about 40 hours a week with out any benefits.

      Better than being unemployed.... But not by much.

      Cons

      Terrible place to be. The moral of employees is extremely low. The pay is ridiculously low. There are never any raises. The place is so understaffed it's not funny. Expect to work with broken and old equipment. Don't expect to get off at your scheduled time, you will always be asked/told to stay longer. This place is a joke.
