      Pros

      Great work/life balance. Great colleagues. Good mission. Despite the cons, local teams are still free to innovate so long as it doesn't step on enterprise toes.

      Cons

      Still working to centralize IT functions across all of its child hospital systems after many years. This leads to stranded teams located across the company. Local management is scared of this change and fight it at every opportunity. Things can move a little slow due. I credit this to the non-profit.

      Friendly coworkers and management Decent pay

      Unimpressive benefits -- few paid holidays, no sick days, PTO hours are accumulated based on hours worked making vacations early in the year impossible Very strict policies Corporate atmosphere Frequent unnecessary and unproductive meetings Company is not environmentally friendly

      Trinity Senior Living Communities has a lot of opportunities available to those who want to grow with the company as the health care environment changes.

      Because of the growth of the company and the changing health care environment there has been a lot of staff turn over on all levels.
