Great people to work with except for the Senior Leadership Team and it's useless board.

Cons

It is a sad place to work now that new management has taken the company over and ran it for his own benefit and not that of the community. There are many things going on beneath the surface ..... used to be an amazing place to work, with a great mission for promoting exceptional healthcare for the poor and the sister's ran the organization. Not so anymore

The health benefits and paid time off, hire w/in the system after 1 year commitment, the overall guiding principals and behaviors make it a unique environment unlike most big businesses.

Cons

If you are a newer employee, with an education and years of experience it is very difficult to get into a position that is equal to or one step below where your last job was. Most often one has to start at the bottom and work up. W/ experience and education, this is alot to ask in combination w/ extremely low wage, and a full year commitment before looking w/in the system. hard to live on low salary. With a very low salary, they give you tons and tons of work to do.
