      Pros

      Trinity Health is a mission-driven organization that provides compassionate, holistic health care services that those most in need. Trinity Health provides an atmosphere that promotes excellence, inclusion, servant leadership and opportunity for advancement.

      Cons

      Like all health care organizations, Trinity Health is currently developing strategies to re-position itself within the context of health care reform. Acquistions, consolidations and cutbacks are all viable strategies that provide both emotional pain in the short-term.

      Pros

      Great benefits, caring leadership, great potential to move from one job or even career to another within the same organization.

      Cons

      Not a convenient location for daily commute - area roads do not handle current capacity at busy times and additioanl buidings in construction promise to make things even worse.

      Pros

      Good work/life balance with very reasonable PTO personal time off policy (earn as you go, includes sick time). Company has been hiring in difficult michgan environment. Good opportunity to make changes. Growing organization. Still maintains a pension plan and reinstated the 403b match, which is rare these days.

      Cons

      As a non-profit the salaries are lower than average. Work/life balance varies by department.
