      Pros

      In my experience, Trinity has an outstanding culture and I feel like I make a difference at work. Everyone works hard but there is also flexibility and appreciation for work/life balance.

      Cons

      This is NOT a con, but you need to know what you’re getting into when you work for a nonprofit. We don’t do lavish events or spend money on things that don’t directly help our patients, employees or our communities.

      The staff are amazingly nice. I can't say enough about the staff and nurses I work with.

      Good benefits and stability, also good food.

      Cons

      Grueling grind, a lot of responsibilities with low pay, terrible culture full of inner circles and uppity attitudes. No space for moving up, only towards management or if you're lucky someone leaves another tech spot in a lab adjacent to yours.
