Pros

The staff in the building itself really do care for the residents. If you can get a good team put together it makes the days go quick and the work seem easy.

Cons

Corporate is so far removed from the day to day operations in the buildings that the no longer have a working knowledge of what happens. In almost 4 years with the company I the upper management came to the building twice and each time they did their meeting and left, never once did they tour and talk with the employees. The goals they set are unrealistic and the only way they could be met is with the salaried department heads working 80+ hour work weeks. They don’t have a working knowledge of the area that their buildings service.

Pros

Good working culture, fast-paced, lots of great supervisors, lots of room to grow and learn, and pay is good for first year RN's.

Cons

Night shift is usually understaffed, sometimes patients that were more acute and should have been in a step-down were on a regular floor, health insurance wasn't great.

Pros

Working by yourself (if u like that)

Cons

Horrible management, disgusting people, nobody knows how to pick up after themselves, doctors are rude and act like they’re better than everyone. Management is rude and disrespectful, treat people badly, and nothing happens to them when they get reported even for their harassment.
