      Pros

      The work atmosphere, the co-workers, opportunities for promotions, commission scale

      Cons

      The starting salary wasn't as high as a couple others I was looking at, but they have a 3-tier system for a lot of positions and it was pretty easy to move up the tiers, I was at the top tier for my position in four months, plus they pay bonus monthly instead of quarterly or annually.

      The best place to work!

      Pros

      I am a new employee at Trinity, I am a Logistics Specialist and honestly this is the first time I have written a review about an employer but I feel I have to share this experience. From the interview, to the orientation this company has been a breath of fresh air. Prior to coming here I left my previous career last year because the company was downsizing and its been 11 months and since then I have bounced from job to job absolutely unhappy. After being employed so long at my last career I did not think I would be back on the job hunt again nor did I realize that is was this hard out here. Trying to find a job with "normal hours", great pay without having to do manual labor; it has been a bit frustrating. For a long time I felt like i was going from one dead end job to the next. When I came in for my interview/orientation I immediately felt at home! This job has been a breath of fresh air. The atmosphere alone make me show up to work early every day because I enjoy being here. No amount of money can put a price tag on a peace of mind.

      My only regret is that I didn't work here sooner!

      Pay competitive Friendly people with real teamwork atmosphere Relaxed but still professional Great benefits Bonus's if goal is acheived Great place to work when I started there

      Cons

      Starting to become more "corporate" Don't agree with the way they handle restructuring or downsizing, firing employees who had been there for years. Not always acknowledged for work achievements Not a lot of raises, bonus every month but goal isn't always realistic or achievable Requiring account managers to make sales calls
