Good technology, systems, and training.

Cons

Terrible leadership, terrible work environment. Intimidating management that doesn't ever get reprimanded and workplace harassment that is allowed to be swept under the rug.

Management does care, you are not just a # to them. You matter, your family matters. I absolutely love my job, my co-workers, the management team... The way you feel like you matter. Yes, the job is stressful at times but what job isn't! Can not say enough positive things about this place. Great benefits , great pay (yeah, you gotta work for it).. Thank you Trinity for being an amazing company that cares for our successful and making sure we know how to get to the top..

Cons

Can be stressful and problem resolution is at best a task, but management will step in and make sure you don't fail..

Pros

The company sells its culture, I just reached 90 days and every day they have worked to prove what they were selling was real. The communication in the Texas branch has been amazing. I know whats going on, what to expect and if something isnt clear, an answer is given to me in a reasonable amount of time. Everyone is nice and helps each other out. It truly is a great place to work.

Cons

The job can be hard. The worst part is that every now and then someone doesnt like something and chews you out. Thats really the worst of it and thats at any job anywhere
