      None, absolutely none....do not work here

      For a Christian company maybe they should practice what they preach....honesty...throw that right out the window. They throw a non compete on you at the door and then throw a more stringent one on you 1 month into the job. Worst company I have ever been a part of or have had any experience with. Poor technology and probably will get their butts handed to them by Global Tranz very soon. At least I hope so...go work for any other logistics company...I'm saving you time and energy. Ryan, CH Robinson, Global Tranz....heck even Freightquote is better.

      Toxic management drives away top talent and discourages PTO

      Pros

      Not a lot. The management is bad. The bully their top people and they leave and hire young out of college kids just trying to start. The turnover is bad

      Cons

      taking a vacation is frowned upon. using PTO is looked down on. Be ready to work on holidays with zero thanks. The VP of the office is a bully and is pushing out all the top talent when they stand up to him

      Great benefits, awesome training, team work!, never feel like your boss is above you. always have your back and want the best for you. Very helpful, understanding. Truly believe in culture
