There was an overabundance of work. The opportunity for commissions was high.the apartments we renovated and spacious, making them easy to lease.

Cons

There was an overabundance of work, with little support. The company kept raising the requirements for commissions, making it harder and harder. I was left to do management job responsibilities with no compensation, support our training, under the promise that I was going to be promoted. Once I put in notice, I was then stripped of my commissions, with management stating I didn't complete my work.

Trinity promotes an innovative culture, continually rolls out new technologies and systems, and has a competent and caring Marketing, Training, and Accounting team!

Cons

I have nothing bad to say about my experiences with Trinity. Most of the communities in my area sold and I wasn't able to move to another state.
