Pros

Working for Trinity Solar for 2 months has been an amazing experience. Great culture working here. They pay you nicely, and the knowledge you obtain from going door to door is invaluable to someone's career as an entrepreneur.

Cons

You will be working outside 7 hours a day, 5 days a week and facing rejection on a daily basis.

Pros

Positive culture, team environment, lots of upward mobility, no cap on earning potential. Great on-board training as well as continued training in the field. Two weeks PTO after 90-days of employment. Great options for benefits through BXBS. You'll work hard, but you'll help reverse climate change and make a bunch of money!

Cons

Lots of rejection with homeowner interactions. Tough skin needed for knocking doors. Not for the faint of heart. However, it does challenge you to become a stronger person.
