Pros

Toughens you up like nothing else.

Cons

Everything else. There is barely time to eat, the hours are ridiculous, and the stress for hitting quotas are constant.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback—we appreciate your candor. We understand your point about the role building resilience and pushing individuals outside of their comfort zones. At the same time, we’re concerned to hear about your experience with long hours, high stress, and limited time for basic breaks during the day. Creating a sustainable work environment where team members can perform at a high level without feeling overwhelmed is extremely important. Your feedback highlights the need to continue improving how we balance performance expectations with overall well-being, as well as ensuring our culture remains professional, respectful, and inclusive. We appreciate you sharing your perspective—it helps us better understand where meaningful changes are needed.

Pros

My coworkers, although falling short of remarkable in the overall game of life. Good people

Cons

The company removed my last review. But this job is full of strung out/recovering addicts or former bros who realized they ruined any other opportunity in life. You go door to door in dehumanizing conditions. There are those who succeed in the role. Make no mistake it is because they have no other options in life. This is without a doubt for people with no formal education and who are unable to do anything other than memorize a pitch in 100 degree weather. You will find “bro hustle” culture here but no real life ambition. After training they show a military motivational video, knowing full well 75% will quit. Top to bottom this organization is full of worthless individuals.

We’re glad to hear that you had a positive experience with your coworkers and found them to be good people, as strong peer relationships can make a meaningful impact on the day-to-day work environment. At the same time, we’re concerned by your overall experience and the challenges you’ve described related to the nature of the role and workplace culture. We recognize that this type of work can be demanding and isn’t the right fit for everyone, but we are committed to maintaining a professional, respectful, and inclusive environment for all team members.
