Pros

SO many. Great people, good benefits (including unlimited time off), inspiring c-suite, flexible WFH. We have all kinds of special events (except of course during covid) and even clubs! Of course, Trintech employees work hard. The company is growth oriented. That's a pro in my book.

Cons

Even with such a great company culture, we've still got a few difficult people :(

Pros

This company is truly behind you and your success. If you ever wanted to feel fully supported in your professional goals, life goals and aspirations take a job here. While I was there I trained with famous trainers (pssst... not Sandler), developed my business acumen and was lead strongly. Trintech is rated by many publications as the best place to work in Dallas for a reason.

Cons

If you don't want to own your work, your business and your success then don't work here. They expect you to take responsibility for what you do and hold you accountable for it in the best ways possible.

Pros

Trintech has a great working environment with lots of opportunities for advancement. We are rapidly growing but each person can still make a difference. The leaders are visible, involved and supportive throughout the organization. The benefits are also excellent- open time off, choice of health plans, etc
