The best company I've ever worked for. Trintech has a culture of discipline and professionalism, with focused, smart individuals who are both innovative, hard working and highly empathetic. The company fosters a great culture with strong training programs and inclusive leadership. People genuinely care about helping one another, creating a positive working environment. However, be prepared to work hard. The company compensates employees very well.

Cons

Trintech isn't a place for those that aren't thoughtful about others and hungry to learn.
