Pros

Great teamwork and immediate supervisor is awesome.

Cons

The compensation isn't competitive with the market and attrition is high. No clear opportunities for growth for this position.

Thank you for commitment to our BDR team and thank you for the feedback. A business development role is not for the faint of heart and it takes a persona that can bounce back from rejection easily because you are literally cold calling prospects to support our sales team. This is also a great place to start a sales career and internal promotion for successful BDR’s is the goal.

Pros

- Very flexible - Ability to work from home - Management easily approachable - Opportunities to learn and move up - Competitive pay - Free drinks and snacks - Keg in the breakroom

Cons

Haven't really seen any cons that merit a mention, but.... - Keg in the breakroom hasn't been replaced due to COVID. T.T

We are very glad to have you on our team. The desktop support role has been essential to all organizations in the past year of remote work. We thank you for your responsiveness to all of our employees’ technical needs. As we prepare to phase back into the office over this year, I imagine a lot of the pre-COVID amenities will be reinstated.

Pros

Lots of good people and lots of support from leadership.

Cons

It seems like the company is going under financially. I’ve worked here about a year and it seems like we are having problems: * Company layed off more than 5% of workforce in January * In March couldn’t payout full bonuses despite supposed growth * Backfill positions cancelled or delayed * All planned hires are delayed for months at a time

It was a huge surprise to come across these concerns from a current, Dallas-based Trintecher. We agree that Trintech has supportive leadership and great people. The surprise was the concern around our financial health and the feeling that there is a lack of transparency here. That is very much at odds with our culture and our current business health as this was updated as recently as our Q1 All Employee meeting. Let me set the record straight. Trintech had almost 30% growth year over year in 2018 and we have continued that momentum with record Q1 bookings in 2019. Also during that meeting, I spoke about the increasing number of opportunities there are to advance within Trintech as we continue to grow and scale, most recently with the launch of our new mid-market business. Trintech is at an all-time high for hiring and internal employee advancement. This is all fantastic news, and that’s why this reviewer’s feedback is so puzzling. Overall, there has never been a better time to be with Trintech whether you are in development, sales, marketing, customer success, professional services, etc. as the company continues to realize record breaking performance and growth. I hope this reviewer will recognize that their concerns are unfounded.
