Pros

Most people are nice, the office is ok

Cons

Intolerable levels of micromanagement, constantly changing leadership, high turnover rate, constantly changing policies, constantly changing procedures, completely inflexible with taking time off, bad benefits, open office. Easily one of the worst placed I've ever worked, couldn't get out of here fast enough.

During an employees tenure with TrinWare, and during their offboarding, TrinWare asks for feedback about how we may improve our employees experience (and our business). This feedback is anonymous and is reviewed by management every time. Our goal is to provide a workplace that an employee can work and get their job done, without feeling micromanaged. As such, our team will continue to focus on this. Regarding our changing policies, we have recently improved our internal Wiki's in order to provide guidelines and structure to our processes in an effort to avoid confusion. Sorry to hear that your experience was not desirable. TrinWare has a significant commitment to make our business a fun and nourishing environment for our staff. This place sucks

Pros

Nothing, they try to make the offer look good but it’s not.

Cons

They wanted a product management slave that works off of minimum wage to be a product manager. They promised raises and never gave them. They give you the “opportunity” to work on “cool” computers. They just buy cheap crap motherboards with cheap crap RAM and pair them up with decent graphics cards. Then they have their slave labor put them together while the high level execs brag about all their rental properties.
