TrinWare is a small company with family values looking to grow big in the next several years. The opportunities to contribute to the company mission and be valued for your contributions are endless.

Cons

As a small company the benefits package is much better than anticipated but due to the size not as encompassing as a large corporation. They add new and better benefits every year.

The company has been around for years, yet the leadership remains stuck in the same careless and outdated ways.

Cons

It’s unbelievable how this place continues to operate with such cold and reckless management. Employees lose their jobs in an instant, without reason or explanation. There’s no fairness, no process, just sudden dismissals that leave everyone anxious and fearful.
