WARNING - Terrible Workplace

Pros

-Great/passionate technical team -Quarterly meetings w/ breakfast (Sabor Mexican Grill)

Cons

-All new-hire females within the last year quit within 2 months -NO remote work (unless you're the top 3) -Old hardware company that's failing -New MSP company that isn't ran by anyone specifically -NO communication between departments (2 departments) -Sales software is from the 90's -Investment in itself = $0 -Relies on old hardware / warehouse processes to carry everything forward Company is ran terribly, but the technical team is extremely capable. Unfortunate swing and a miss.

Thank you for the detailed review, and our apologies that we missed the base with some of the items mentioned. To address a few of your concerns directly, TrinWare certainly encourages a diverse workplace, and employs several female employees that have been with us as long as 4 years. Next, our work tends to be in person, and while we do offer some remote work, most of our work needs to be in-office for success (technical onsites, warehousing, PC assembly). Finally, in regards to our MSP side of the house, we have been continuously growing over the years, and are excited to showcase some new and exciting services within the next months that will continue to grow that division. Pros

There is a reason TrinWare has been around so long. Their commitment to the employee and the customer is top tier. From the employment side, TrinWare values their team. From a great pay to a positive workplace, coming to work is exciting! They are always interested in training the staff and filling in gaps that may exist. Hard work is rewarded at TrinWare. On the other side, the customer is treated with respect and as a priority at TrinWare. I have never had an interaction with a customer that didn’t end in a mutually beneficial way.

Cons

Employees looking to “keep it slow” may find the work difficult, TrinWare is busy and fast paced (which means the money is flowing!!)

Thank you for the detailed review! We feel that this is a great encapsulation of TrinWare: hard work yields big rewards. Yes, TrinWare is certainly not for employees used to a slow environment. However, we like to fill our days with servicing the customer and growing our staff. A lot of our employees come from a retail environment and find that stepping away and working with B2B customers is a welcomed change. Pros

TrinWare is a small company with family values looking to grow big in the next several years. The opportunities to contribute to the company mission and be valued for your contributions are endless.

Cons

As a small company the benefits package is much better than anticipated but due to the size not as encompassing as a large corporation. They add new and better benefits every year.
