Amazing opportunity to move within the company based on my passions and skills. They support and promote learning new things and skills.

Cons

Not really a con, but being a small company you sometimes have to learn different departments operations and help where needed. Again, not a con, and have learned a lot of different things compared to being in the small world of your job title
