Pros

Since the selection process, i had a great experience with Trio. The team is very welcoming, even if you just started. They make you feel like ur a part of the family and that you have a voice within the company. Besides, there's growth opportunities and they offer competitive salaries and fair compensation, along with the opportunity to work with a very diverse team.

Cons

i wouldn't say there's a con by working at Trio.

Trio cares about each employee, trying to understand and help in all the manners as they can. It's a company that is growing faster each day and have challenging projects

None that I can think about. The leadership is very close to the team
