Pros

Trio offers flexibility of working anywhere. It's a really great company to grow with daily challenge. There's an internal culture of building software with high quality which I personally love it. We're supported to research and learn about new techs and to write regular posts on our own. There are some benefits like vacation and time-off. Trio also offers a great competitive salary.

Cons

Even when it comes to opportunities to improve, Trio shows itself flexible enough to change and adapt if needed.
