Working at Trio is truly a unique and fulfilling experience. The company truly values its employees and prioritizes a positive work-life balance. They care about their employees and it's evident in their actions. There are plenty of opportunities for growth and development, and the company promotes a flat structure which allows for a more open and inclusive work environment. It's a place where you can really see the impact of your work and feel valued for your contributions. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a rewarding and positive career experience.

Cons

It's difficult to write cons when you are having such a great experience, but every place has something that can be improved. I would like to be able to meet with the entire team once a year at least, I think this would be awesome for all the talents.

Pros

Despite still being a small company, on a daily basis, Trio always seemed to be very connected with its developers, always trying to allocate us to projects that fit each person and never pushing us to clients that don't worth it. It provides several meetings with relevant themes, always seeking to improve our career in hard skills and soft skills.

Cons

The fact that it is still a small company means that it does not have a very large range of customers. Which can sometimes make the transition between projects difficult.
