Working in this company has been a great learning experience for me. The environment is fast-paced, which pushed me to learn quickly and continuously improve. Handling multiple hotel accounts helped me strengthen my analytical thinking, operational skills, and attention to detail. I also appreciated the chance to collaborate with different hotels, managers, and internal teams, which really helped build my communication and problem-solving skills. What stood out most was the leadership. The leaders are supportive, approachable, and genuinely encourage both professional growth and personal development, which made the work more motivating and meaningful for me.

Cons

The role does require strong adaptability and focus, especially as processes evolve. During peak periods, the workload can get busy, but this also helped me improve my resilience, prioritization, and time-management skills.
