      So-so salary Incentive Early payout, sometimes 2-3 days before 15/30 especially if the payday is on Weekend or Monday

      Cons

      Process Unable to dispute DSAT and QC scores Incentives are given out every quarterly Very low night diff Mandatory OT No permanent shuttle service Knowledge based system is not user friendly and efficient to use. Needs a lot more improvement

      Pros

      I am working for almost one year in this company and I can honestly tell that I enjoyed this time and will be working here in future. Fair salary for this kind of job and always in time, opportunity to grow inside of the company is always inspiring for me.

      Cons

      Cons are depends on expectations and amount of effort person is putting in their work so as in every other company. For good, responsible employees overall amount of cons will be minimized. Salary could be higher due to last changes with gas/electricity prices in UK but anyway it's not bad at all.
