Pros

1. The company has a coffee machine and massage chairs. 2. The office environment is clean, tidy, and bright. 3. Administrative services are excellent; problems are always resolved quickly.

Cons

1. Some teams ostracize new employees. 2. It's difficult for foreigners to get promoted here; the career ceiling is too low. 3. The leadership has limited capabilities, and their instructions are often contradictory. Some leaders disrespect their subordinates and withhold legitimate allowances like taxi subsidies. 4. There are too many corrupt managers. Many people are promoted not based on ability, but on personal connections. Their extravagant socializing outside of work (KTV, drinking parties) is staggering. These corrupt managers don't promote capable employees; they only promote their sycophants. 5. The workload is excessive. The company is controlling the budget, most teams are exhausted, but HR claims there are no openings.

Pros

Trip.com is a great company to work for with a truly supportive and people-centered culture. The work-life balance is respected, and the hybrid setup allows flexibility while staying productive. The benefits are thoughtful and meaningful, including snack allowance, travel vacation subsidy, shuttle service, birthday cakes, and company merch. Long-term employees are also well taken care of, which reflects how much the company values loyalty and growth. What stands out the most is how Trip.com genuinely values its employees. Advance salary creditation and working with colleagues from different cultures creates a dynamic and enriching environment. The HR and Culture teams consistently organize activities that encourage engagement and connection across the organization. These initiatives allow employees to enjoy their work, build relationships, and take a healthy break while staying motivated. Trip.com provides a supportive environment where employees can continuously learn through collaboration with diverse teams and exposure to different cultures. As the company continues to grow, there is strong potential for even more structured learning programs and career development opportunities that will further support long-term employee growth. Overall, Trip.com fosters a positive, inclusive, and supportive workplace where employees feel appreciated.

Cons

None for me at this time.
