Pros

- all the employees and friendly and welcoming - sense of belonging - salary is not too bad

Cons

- salary could be higher considering the workload - hard work is often not recognized; you are punished for potential, even small, mistakes, but often not congratulated for a job well done - the procedures surrounding the job are not straight-forward and there is often miscommunication and misunderstanding

Pros

I love the Trip family, the work environment is very close. All employees are very friendly and caring for one another. If help is needed its will always be provided to assure that we can keep our promises to our customers to give tjem the best possible service

Cons

sometimes the information flow is too slow or not transparent enough. Employees should maybe be listened to a bit more sometimes, as they are at the front end with the pax - however we are getting there and efforts are made constantly to improve this

Good workplace, friendly colleagues and supportive management, flexible working times and as well as hybrid / working from home option given. I like to bonus and wellbeing system. Also good career options

Cons

At busy times the pressure can be high
